Description
My client, a busy local authority, based just outside of London, are currently seeking a Senior Planning Officer on a long term contract to start in September.
The workload includes a variety of major applications and planning appeals as well as signing off some smaller applications for colleagues.
They need someone to start in September due to a member of staff going on maternity leave, which is why the contract is longer term.
You will need to be RTPI accredited with varied Development Management experience within the public sector.
The only other requirement is that you have your own vehicle in order to attend site visits.
