Network Infrastructure Analyst Network Infrastructure Analyst required for my client, an educational institution for the public. Working within one of the most advanced and diverse technical environments the role requires an infrastructure analyst to work on the development and maintenance of the ICT network and server infrastructure and services. Successful candidates with preferably have an IT related degree, an CCNA or MCSE and ITIL foundation or experience working in service orientated ICT environment. Experience installing and configuring networked equipment & network services (Cisco switches, patching etc) and network monitoring tools is most important to this role, as is the understanding of logical IP networking and routing protocols and network trouble shooting/traffic analysis. Working in a mixed VMWare/Windows/Unix server environment serving a heterogeneous Windows/Max/Linux client base experience of the installation and configuration of MS Windows is essential and exposure to Linux/Unix physical and virtual servers is desirable.
