Subcontractor Management EngineerOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Subcontractor Management Engineer to join their business in the United Kingdom.
Position Title: Subcontractor Management Engineer

Duration: 3 months rolling

Responsibilities:
- Management of onsite installation teams of different skills from civil crews to installers/splicers as well as on site PM
- Require to output Project Delivery Plan for responsible sites with Subcontractor PM
- Require decisions making for onsite Change Request
- 4 days travelling on site and 1 day working in the office
Qualifications
- Project management experience on Fibre Civil
- Understanding WLAN network and WIFI equipment will be a bonus
- Fibre planning experience would be useful but not essential
- Fully experience on Fibre and copper cable deployment (Civil and internal cabling)
- Extensive knowledge of installation principles and quality standards for Cat 5, fibre optics and wifi equipment
- Knowledge of QA and H&S standards for onsite working
- Knowledge of general telecoms principles of copper and fibre working
- Understanding of passive optical network installation and testing
- Knowledge of civil infrastructure and safe digging principles and NRSWA
