On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for an Outsourcing Manager in Germany.General Responsibilities:
• Subcontractor prequalification, outsourcing purchasing, project subcontractor management;
• Outsourcing cost data base construction.
Responsibility Details:
• Responsible for the subcontract prequalification and maintenance the partner relationship;
• Take part in the outsourcing and purchasing team, support the project bidding and execution outsourcing purchase and cost estimation;
• Responsible for the subcontract management of the projects, outsourcing requirement submit, outsourcing settlement & payment application;
• Responsible for organizing the subcontractor training and skill qualification;
• Responsible for the local outsourcing cost data base construction;
Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering/electronic engineering/computer science or equivalent experience in a related discipline
Experience
• Multi years experience in telecommunication area, project management or partner management;
• Technical & Professional Competencies
• Good knowledge of the wireless turnkey project;
• Good knowledge of partnership management;
• Business Competencies
• Fluent German and English language skills (oral & written)
• Human Competencies
• Proactive, Independent, Self-motivated, and well organized with analytical mind
• Co-operative, Flexible/Adaptable to continuous change and varying degrees of responsibility
• Willing to travel within Germany
