Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Windows System Administrator to join a prestigious client located in Mechelen, Belgium. This is a contract position with a duration of 8 months.Our Client :-
Our client is a company run by the Flemish government in Belgium to provide public transportation with about 3650 buses and 359 trams.
Your New role :-
The current ticket sales system Prodata, based on magnetic cards, was introduced into the early 90s. In the meanwhile, this system is obsolete industrially and functionally. As a result, operating reliability is steadily decreasing and a replacement of the system is required. This replacement will be a fact after the realization of the Bo and ReTi projects. Bo is on board computer; The project embraces the final replacement of the current Prodata driver console, the design of a communications network and the delivery of a number of support services provided by other projects can be used. ReTi stands for - Travelers Registration and Ticketing- ; the project embraces a new infrastructure for customer recruitment, sales, registration and ticketing, control, data collection and management and revenue management.

Technical criteria:
-The proposed candidates have (at least) 2 years of practical experience as system administrator Windows in an operational environment;
-The proposed candidates have a very good knowledge of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
Award criteria:
-Relevant knowledge of Windows Vista and Active Directory
-Relevant knowledge of SQLServer
-Remant knowledge of Citrix
-Relevant knowledge of Exchange and VMware
