Job Description:
- Work with client data to design and develop the most suitable user interface such as dashboards, multiple charts types, trends, custom requests in Tableau
- Develop complex calculated fields for the business logic, field actions, sets and parameters to include various filtering capabilities for the dashboards, and to provide drill down features for the detailed reports
- Perform Tableau administrative duties that comprised configuration, adding users, groups, data connections, and schedule tasks, embedding views in the Tableau Server
- Team with our research consultant to bring insights to scale
- Provide multiple demonstrations of Tableau functionalities and efficient data visualizations approaches using Tableau to data analyst and management users
- 5+ years of experience as a dashboard development using Tableau or similar data visualization software
- Recent experience (2+ years) using Tableau, with demonstrated deep knowledge of Tableau's complete menu of functionality
- Demonstrated understanding of data analysis and modelling
- Experience with data organization, storage, and management, relational databases, and other similar technologies
- Previous experience with Healthcare will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects independently and within established timeframes
- Adaptability and agility needed to comfortably respond to changes in priorities
- Ability to establish rapport and collaborate with users at all levels within an organization
