- Conducting meetings for determining requirements with customers / IT colleagues for the following areas: Inbound, Outbound, ComRm, Digital, Fraud, Mission, RDR, Agreement;
- An excellent technical knowledge of non-life insurance (more specifically in the field of claims - Portima, Telebib2, RDR, Guidewire - Claim Center/Contact Manager, etc
- Producing requirements specification and functional design documents for the Claims areas;
- Carrying out gap analysis;
- Establishing liaison between the various IT and business teams;
- Implementing, through configuration, relevant aspects of the customer's requirements;
- Reviewing test plans;
- Carrying out audits on test execution and analysis of defects up to the resolution of the problem after development/configuration;
- Supporting the production (including user acceptance tests (UAT), analyses of defects and the management of change requests)
- Insurance Domain - Claims and Underwriting
