Cyber Security Concept Analyst x 4 - The Hague- Contract - rate €NEG
Current NATO SECRET clearance is mandatory for all positions
All positions are to start immediately
Contracted individuals must be able to perform effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision on any & all of the following tasks:
- Provide technical and professional guidance as well as contributions in the concept, development and execution of projects in the area of Cyber Security. These contributions will include, but are not limited to, researching, experimenting, and prototyping
- Develop Cyber Security business case strategies and implementation plans;
- Provide technical support to capability implementation
- Plan and execute technical and scientific Programmes of Work;
- Develop and present scientific, engineering and technical information suitable for official meetings and high quality publications
Requirements
- Experience in analysing of Cyber Security concepts and validation
- Experience with Cyber Security architecture development
- Experience in requirements management and system design of Cyber Security systems
- Experience in implementation of CIS Security capabilities in an operational environment
- Good knowledge of cryptographic technologies and associated key management infrastructures
- Good knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Good knowledge in assessment of existing state of Cyber Security, including risk management
Certifications and Graduations
You must be at least NATO SECRET cleared and ideally have a Master degree (preferably in Computer Science and/or Information Security). If such an educational level has not been attained, extensive experience is required.
Experience
- Must possess good knowledge and experience in this area
- Individual will ideally have been a lead engineer on large and complex projects or have been responsible for significant research work
