Description

Harvey Nash are looking for an organised and professional Administrator to join a large organisation in Northampton. You will be working alongside the Procurement team assisting on projects, managing invoices, requesting quotations, Raising Purchase Orders and other general administration tasks.

Your role will be to:

* To recharge work, reconcile invoices, and ensure correct charges are input into system

* To deal with client, customer & supplier requests over the telephone, via e-mail and in person in a professional and courteous manner

* To use several systems throughout the day to capture and report on data.

* To manage stock replenishment and to process brochure requests in a timely manner

* To arrange inductions, lunches, order stationery, arrange training & development courses, support colleagues in setting up Monthly Team brief

* To support Finance on ad-hoc and regular reports when required

* To support the team as required in a range of tasks.

Experience

* Administration role in a fast moving environment

* High Level of attention to detail

* Ability to manage and prioritise own workload

* Good communication skills

* Ability to work to tight deadlines

* Ability to work as part of a collaborative team

* Good Microsoft Office skills
