Junior QA Cleaning Validation | 12-month contract | €25 - €35 per hour | Munster Region, IrelandGreat opportunity for a graduate with internship/placement experience to join a large project for a global biopharmaceutical organisation.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Degree in science/engineering related discipline
- 6 months - 3 years industry experience
- Experience with Deviations (writing and/or approving)
- Technical writing experience
- Troubleshooting and analytical mindset
- Excellent people skills
- Cleaning validation or cleaning sample experience is a bonus.
- Taking Cleaning Validation samples alongside Upstream/Downstream processing.
- Submitting cleaning samples to the QC Department and following up on the return of results.
- Working closely with manufacturing to ensure the CIP/SIP and dirty holds are to the correct times and samples are taken.
- Writing up reports and reviewing data
- Experience in Technical writer, for Deviations and report write-ups
- Experienced in review of Protocols/Reports
- Shows focus & a consistent approach to the role and tasks.
- Excellent people skills
- Experience in aseptic technique
- Experience in Gowning for IOS7/ISO8
- Generating and Executing Validation Protocols.
- Ensure training is maintained and current.
- Follow all EHS/Safety SOP/Policies
- Actively look for continuous improvements
