Head of Digital Performance Marketing WEUOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Head of Digital Performance Marketing WEU to join their business in the United Kingdom.
Position Title: Head of Digital Performance Marketing WEU
Position Type: Contract/ Permanent
Start Date: December 2017.
Duration: 6 months initial contract

Responsibilities:
- Build the overall performance MKT strategy starting from consumer insight data points
- Manage and guide the local markets in order to maximize the effectiveness of the media investments across all digital channels
- Analysis of insights and data, and assessment of performance trends
- Report back on findings of data, and create improvement plans on how this can be executed in a more efficient way
- Partner closely with other marketing teams such as Brand, PR & Campaign ensuring our activities are integrated and optimized across the business
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of leading / managing successful performance marketing strategies
- Strong Leadership and People management experience and exceptional Stakeholder engagement experience
- Superior knowledge of Digital Marketing channels and disciplines gained from a Client and/or Agency background where Digital and Data driven performance marketing activities are a critical driver of business growth
- Hands on, numbers and results driven.
- Passionate about search and the digital world.
- Creative, challenging, capable of thinking differently and developing new ways of working.
- Happy and generous team player, open to sharing ideas and knowledge
- Experienced in dealing with multiple performance campaigns across acquisition channels.
