My client is a multinational IT consultancy and business Solutions Company placed among the Big 4' most valuable IT services brands worldwide and the world's 10th largest IT services provider. They are current looking for an experienced DevOps Coach to join their project based in Paris, France.

You are a convincing and energizing Agile Coach who is passionate about communication, group dynamics and coaching. You are not afraid to raise issues and continuously drive behavioral change.
You attend and support DevOps ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives and provide coaching for squad members, Product Owners and IT Leads. You are broadly recognized as a role model in the DevOps way of working and through your commitment and integrity you are a trusted advisor for everyone around you.
You create a work environment with focus on continuous improvement and broad collaboration, where the common goal is twofold: delivering reliable infrastructure services to the consumer, and becoming a high performing agile organization.
What are you going to do?
Facilitate adoption of and improvements in the DevOps way of working within squads and IT Areas:
- Introduce DevOps way of working (monitoring, incident handling, and rituals to squads and IT Areas (eg, through boot camps, workshops, trainings and 1-on-1 coaching)
- Support the setup of rituals and tools for DevOps squads
- Continuously assess the maturity of squads along a standard DevOps maturity model, in order to close critical gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Produce and maintain training and workshop materials, and document best practices for Ops engineering and Infrastructure
Support squads in achieving their mission:
- Ensure key roles are familiar with their responsibilities and most important concepts - eg servant leadership for IT Leads, Chapter lead, Dev Ops..-, help squads refine their mission and scope
- Support the definition of specific roles, responsibilities and deliverables within squads
Drive broad collaboration and alignment between squads and their stakeholders:
- Facilitate close alignment and ensure regular touchpoints across squads
- Organize knowledge exchange across squads and IT Areas
- Coach squads, and particularly POs to build a regular dialogue with their consumers
- Guide problem-solving sessions to help the squads remove impediments
We are looking for a person who has:
- Deep knowledge in DevOps and agile methodologies
- Mastery of the Scrum methodology (eg backlog and spring planning, review and marketplace) and expertise in Lean practices.
- Expertise in DevOps way of working (eg, continuous delivery, cross-functional team set-ups, development of cross-skilled squad members)
- Experience with working in high-performing agile or DevOps teams
- Experience in coding or Scripting tools
- Professional and intellectual IT ability at university level - at least Bachelor's degree
- Excellent command of spoken and written
