Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic & driven Arcadia SME to join us, working as part of a team delivering a client implementation. (On-site).
Key responsibilities:
- Manage process through development, UAT, SIT and production environment
- Build delivery and testing plans and report against them on a weekly basis
- Engage with all teams, including business partners, to cover platform and tooling deliveries as well as establish UAT plans with business stakeholders
- Assisting with strategic architecture decisions which may lead to new tools and/or decommissioning of existing tools
- Planning for any tooling and analytics changes from an ongoing support perspective
- Defining the installation and operating model for future projects
You will also have the following skills and experience:
- Expert level with the Arcadia tool (Rapid Miner, Dataguise, Oracle Golden Gate advantageous).
- Knowledge and process definition and transition from the installation team to the support teams
- Creation and delivery of training to support staff and to end users
- Create and run roadshows and expert sessions to promote the use of the common tooling
- Provide and SME's for any new tooling
