Overview
1. Design and iterate content for Centre of Excellence training and resources web site
2. Produce & deliver 1 x 'writing for designers' training workshop
3. Extensive experience of writing for the web, with proven ability to create usable and accessible content for different platforms and devices
4. Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team in an agile development environment
5. Demonstrable knowledge and passion for user centred design practices for public facing and internal services and applications
6. Experience in content publishing systems and processes
7. Experience of using metrics and user feedback to define and iterate content
8. Exceptional skills in convincing people to take a user-needs approach to content creation
9. Create content across devices, tools and transactional services, especially those with complex user journeys
10. Experience in a web application development environment, and be proficient in Markdown, picture sourcing and editing
11. Creating content for specialist user groups
