Data Centre, Engineer, Linux server, windows server, installing, troubleshooting, hardware support.
My Global client require a Datacentre Engineer to join a team based in Dublin on a 3 months rolling contract starting ASAP. The ideal candidate should live locally to Dublin.
The Datacentre Engineer should have good hands on Windows Server, Linux Server support/installation/configuration skills along with solid hardware/software support and troubleshooting skills.
The Datacentre Engineer should have previous Networking, Cabling, Racking and stacking skills ideally with hands on IT Server skills.
Desirable Experience but not essential:
- Experience with Troubleshoot and triage server failures to determine the most efficient path to getting a server back online for the customer
- Experience responding to service tickets for Servers in customer data centres in a timely manner.
- Server hardware experience (troubleshooting configuring and repair, racking & stacking)
