Performance Manager- Children's Social CareI am currently recruiting for a Performance Manager to join a local authority based in the South East on a contract basis. The Performance Manager will work within Children's Social Care and in support of the larger Children, Schools and Families Directorate.
The Performance Manager will have the following experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Children's Social Care data and processes
- Children's social care performance management including monitoring, improvement and analysis
- Experience of working with the senior leadership team with evidence to support the delivery of strategic objectives and through the inspection process
- Experience of project and change management and working on service improvement projects
The Performance Manager will be required to:
- Leading a system redesign to improve outcomes for children, young people and families, including working alongside projects to deliver improvements
- Lead the growth and development of the performance improvement team, and drive continuous improvement across the Children, School and Families Directorate
- Working alongside service managers, practitioners and teams across the council to identify, define and monitor improvement activity
- Look at new models and approached for commissioning
- Developing a robust performance analysis strategy
This would be a suitable role for an experienced Performance Manager with a background in Children's Social Care.
