We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to support their projects in the Kinshasa DRC.

Position Title: BSS Business Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: December 2017
Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:
- To perform feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and working with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities
- Creating detailed Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and translate it into functional specifications so called high level design (HLD)
- Participates in Functionality Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Telecom Communication
- 8+ years of experience working in BSS domain as a functional tester, delivery engineer, sales, marketing or Business Consultant
- 8+ years experience in Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio, MS Project and an UML tool
- 3+ years of solution experience – gathering, reviewing and analyzing the business requirements, solution presentation
- BSS billing experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Language: English and French are mandatory, Chinese would be advantage
