Client Migration Manager, Online, Financial Services, Migration
Our leading Financial Services client requires an experienced Client Migration Manager for an 6 month contract based in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and need proven experience with -
- Pro-active face to face and remote engagement with Clients regarding changes that will affect their current online banking facility
- Taking ownership for and managing a set of migration cases, providing accurate reporting against progress
- Validation of a Client's existing channel data to capture the correct details for the future online requirements of their Business
- Data cleansing activities to enable a smooth transition to CB Online
- Supporting clients and providing guidance at the relevant points throughout their migration journey.
- Offer feedback to and share best practice with team members as required so that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the project
- Stakeholder Management - providing detailed, timely and up to date information as required both internally and externally
- Enter and extract data onto a central online tracker to ensure that the relevant client activities are carried out and accurately recorded within the timescales required
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with established processes, practices and guidelines
- Ensure good levels of product knowledge in order to support varying Client journeys as effectively and efficiently as possible
