Programme Manager - FS/Banking - HR Integration
On behalf of a leading UK bank, we are recruiting for a Programme Manager to work on a large integration programme that will be based in Chester.
My client are currently going through a large integration with another leading financial services organisation. You will be working across the people workstream looking at how to successfully integrate colleagues and the impacts that this integration will have.
Skillset Required:
- HR professional with particular SME knowledge and experience on People Policy & T's & C's harmonisation activity through integration
- Experienced in Tupe specifically integrations of a smaller business into a larger organisations
- HR change implementation experience
- Organisation design
- Job evaluation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working across senior leadership populations within the business and people teams
