Estates Project Manager (Fire Technical) - 3 months - Ealing - £220 a day - NHS
The principal requirement of the role is to carry out a specified Fire Safety systems survey in co-ordination with the Fire Safety Manager and advise the survey results to update CAD.
You will also carry out works in association with capital projects and backlog maintenance projects arising from Trust Estate Strategy and Backlog Maintenance programme.
In addition and where appropriate, carry out estate management related projects within agreed timescales, costs and quality criteria in accordance with the Standing Financial Instructions and recognised best practice. You will Manage projects from inception to completion including specification writing. You will be required to work on single or multiple project of variable sizes, values and complexity.
Experience Required
- Fire safety systems
- Minimum 2 year estate or capital project management experience.
- Either Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering background of more than three years.
- Expertise and experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with multiple clients
- Effective financial control
