We are currently recruiting for our client, a telecommunications subcontractor, to support their project in Russia.

Position Title: Nokia BSC/RNC Engineer
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: January 2018
Duration: 3-6 months initially

Responsibilities:
- Support regular network update project.
- Support BSC/RNC network design (HLD and LLD).
- 2G/3G/LTE RAN work-order implementation.
- Script creation, consistency checks and implementation of received work orders.
- BSC/RNC rollout acceptance testing, consistency checks and troubleshooting.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Ideally both design and integration experience in NSN BSC/RNC.
- NSN 2G/3G/LTE RAN advanced equipment know-how.
- RAN optimization skills.
- Nokia BSC/RNC certificates are mandatory (e.g. mcRNC Operation and Maintenance (mcRNC 4.1)) - ideally both design and integration certified.
- Software ver. 16 and 17 is a must.
- Ability to absorb and then fully communicate technical information and data.
- Very organized, reliable and consistent, tenacious, dedicated and self-sufficient.
- Fluent oral and written English and Russian.
