Lawyer - Financial Services - Consumer Credit/Regulatory
For this reputable consulting firm we are looking for an experienced Lawyer to work on a Brexit Engagement. You will be a solicitors with Financial Services and consumer credit/wholesale and retail experience. You will ideally have FCA Regulatory experience and strong project management skills.
You must have at least an upper 2nd class honours degree from an educational institution, and show experience in dealing with complex regulatory question and that you are technically excellent in your field. Applicants should be a fully qualified UK solicitor. Experience in Brexit projects, commodities regulatory issues, MiFID II implementation and analysis, EMIR implementation, Benchmark Regulation analysis and implementation and regulatory permissions analysis preferred.
