Description
ServiceNow Implementation Engineer/Consultant required with hands on implementation and upgrade experience in ServiceNow on all modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Project Management, Service Catalogue, Configuration Management, Reporting, etc.
Requirements
- Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow, Application, Workflow and UI configuration
- Experience of implementing ServiceNow upgrades and relevant testing
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow's standard capabilities through past releases
- Ability to map requirements with the standard functionality of ServiceNow with minimum to no customisation
- Knowledge of process design of various modules
- Understanding of ITIL
- 5+ Years' experience implementing solutions in ServiceNow
- Ideally ServiceNow Certification, Systems Administration, Implementation Specialist or Developer
- Compressive problem solving abilities with the capability to resolve ongoing issues
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
