Lead Product Manager- 6 months Contract- Stockholm- Fintech

One of our most exciting Fintech clients is looking to bring a Lead Product Manager in their anti-money laundering division to be based in Stockholm for a 6 month rolling contract.
Your role as the Product Manager: 

• You will drive the vision of the team by conducting research and discovery of new ideas that can influence their customers.
• You will have the opportunity to work in a company which is in the disruptive finance/banking sector
• You will be working on greenfield projects which promote the use of AWS and CI/CD
• You will be working in a flat team alongside a Engineering Lead and reporting into the Head of Product.
• You will have the ability to hire people into the team that you require to push new ideas to delivery.

What skills do you already have?

• You are someone who understands banking software and the intricacies and compliance involved
• You are in touch with modern software practises such as CI/CD
• You understand lean and the ability to discover and then produce rapid iterations
• You will have history in being well versed in the engineering team
• You will have had some exposure to banking and/or disruptive fintech software
• You will have been involved in a transformation project

What skills would be of benefit?

• You will have an understanding of the designing of APIs
• Working for a next generation bank
• Anti money laundering experience

Location? The role will be based in Stockholm but they will consider ex-pats who will be expected to work in Stockholm for most of the contract.
