Business Analyst - London- 4 months renewable

One of Talent Internationals leading clients are urgently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join the existing team. This Business Analyst would be working on the GDPR project. You must have experience with data mapping and system information and enhancement design.

This role will be London to other European destinations, when needed. Fully expensed

Project background:

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission intend to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU).

Special areas of expertise:

In addition to the skill set of the current BA team, we need the new candidate to have transformational experience and a very high quality in written and spoken English. GDPR skills are only a nice to have.

  • Coordination and support of data cleansing initiatives by system


  • Key Responsibilities
    • Determine which activities are necessary in order to complete a business analysis effort, including stakeholder analysis, selecting business analysis techniques and definition of success criteria to assess the progress of the work
    • Execute the Business Analysis frameworks
    • Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and requirements workshops.
    • Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
    • Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the proposed solution
    • Manages requirements traceability information and tracks requirements status throughout the project
    • Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools
    • Represents analysis results and findings, as well as solution designs in informative, well-organized presentations up to the level of the Board of Management (internally and externally)
    • Strong communication skills with business units that rely on that information to define system requirements or organizational processes
    • Capable to follow different project approaches (Waterfall & Agile)
