Customer Service Associate (German and Polish)
The world's leading Internet and technology company have an exciting new opening for a Customer Service Associate with fluency in English, German and Polish. The successful candidate will possess 1-3 years' previous experience working in a customer centric environment and proven ability to work through large volumes tasks.
Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.
Initially on a 10-month contract, this is a great opportunity for a candidate coming from a customer service environment to gain knowledge, working in a multinational organisation.

The required experience:
- Written and oral fluency in English, German and Polish.
- 1-3 years previous experience working in a customer services environment and proven ability to work through large volumes of tasks
- Internet-savvy individual familiar with social media and web-trends
- BA/BS degree or equivalent a plus
A general day:
- Assist publisher through the email customer service.
- Conduct application reviews.
- Produce DFP contracts for EMEA publishers and support the process improvement.
- Provide solutions and automation efforts.
- Launch proactive initiatives, lead reviews activities.
- Examine and improve customer journey/flow.
- Carry out other related tasks.
