Cyberteam are currently recruiting for an Agile Coach for a contract position based in Solihull.
It is a 3 month engagement with the outlook to extend.
Requirement:
The role will be based in Solihull and is an initial 3 month engagement.
We are looking for a coach with gravitas, they are able to gain respect and build trust. The client needs a trusted advisor in relation to Agile.
Experience in coaching organisations in Agile practice adoption and adaption (has and can influence at the C level)
Experience of creating a business transformation strategy and the implementation of the strategy
Understands the complexity of organisational change and how to minimise the challenges change can bring
Brings an Agile mindset in understanding business needs and business capability.
Experience of how to build agile capability within an organisation.
The ideal candidate should have at least one of the following certifications:
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
- CSP (Certified Scrum Professional)
