Description
A European leader in E-commerce and price comparison is looking for a talented Head of Commercial Finance to establish a team to incorporate finance into the Front End of the business and help drive strategy.
Prior experience in a fast paced, data intensive, customer facing business is essential. This role supports all local and global commercial finance activities across the Group.
The hiring manager describes the role as:
"A high-profile position within the group which allows access to key stakeholders and decision making. This person will play a pivotal role in driving commercial strategy, commercial analysis, and will allow you to gain valuable experience relating to M&A and Private Equity."
To successfully deliver in this role you will need to have:
- A background in Finance (ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- A track record of analysing business performance
- Strong CAPEX budget management experience
- Experience building robust economic and financial models
- High levels of energy and strong commercial acumen allowing you to be the voice of finance
Additional information:
- Experience conducting financial analysis for M&A opportunities desired
- A background in data-heavy environments is desire
