Description
We have immediate need for Linux Engineer, as part of technical teams at client sites performing company-wide projects as part of our Client's IT Service Delivery program. This role will have accountability for advanced troubleshooting, administration, analyse applications running on key Servers.
This is home based role supporting on site team, to plan and execute upgrades to latest operating system through build and migrate or in place upgrade
Role and Responsibilities
- Linux Operating System - Upgrade, trouble shoot, install
- Ubuntu Operating Systems
- Sun Operating Systems
- Troubleshoot issues in a logical, quick and efficient manner
- Updating and tracking all tasks and issues
We are looking for professionals capable of performing assigned responsibilities autonomously in a team setting. You must be self-directed, communication proficient, and detailed-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
