Edinburgh: Lead Project Manager - EA Change Groups' Edinburgh based Life, Pensions and Insurance client requires a motivated Lead Project Manager to join a large a successful change team for an initial 6 month contract
Skills required for the successful candidate
- A Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Good planning skills using common planning software (eg MSP)
- Experience of using a variety of change management tools
- Able to track project progress and report clearly and concisely
- Essential to have good stakeholder management skills, able to communicate at different level of seniority
- Track record of managing teams to achieve project objectives
- Managing to agreed budgets and able to track and report spend/variances
- Able to manage and adapt quickly to change as move through the project life cycle
- Experience of identifying, reporting and managing risks, issues etc.
- General experience of Financial Service, including Life & Pensions
- Experience or knowledge of Agile and other iterative development approaches
