Account Manager - Client Relationship - London
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager (Contract) to work for a major client in London.
Client Relationship and Account Management requirements:
- Work with the account executive on actions from the core account team meetings.
- Ensure the Account Executive is collating and driving through timely work on the actions logged in the central action log after each account/pursuit meeting.
- Proactively manage the relationship with the core account team ensuring regular connectivity at all levels.
- Drive proactive use of Account Central for storing and sharing account information including making it a live system for all RFP responses and proposals documents, contracts, rate cards, engagement letters and invoices.
- Develop and maintain an on boarding pack for new engagement team members which will help them understand and how they work.
- Own and keep up to date the client key stakeholder list.
- Ensure there is regular connectivity with and coordination across the account on existing relationships and identify and put in place a plan to manage coverage gaps.
- Ensure new key client contacts are met/connected to within 30 days of them starting their new role.
- Act as lead contact with the client's Procurement and Legal contracting teams.
- Track all key client meetings and ensure notes of the meetings are captured on Account Central.
Essential skills:
- Previous Account Management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Be motivated, driven and organised .
- Have excellent communication skills, and relationship building skills.
This a 6 month contract based in London with travel to Warwick.
