Description
My client based in Glasgow City Centre is looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to join the team for an initial 6 to 8-month period. The successful candidate will help to successfully execute the agreed process for staff assignments; assist with the monthly finance process and support the wider team in the Programme Management Office (PMO). You will be instrumental in embedding these key processes into the programme and supporting the transition of this role.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist with staff assignment requests and managing timesheet adjustments
.*Keep the Assignments tracker up-to-date
.*Monitor and organise the Programme mailbox
.*Manage finance related diary reminder
.*Assist with adding members to iTools
.*Assist with adding members to the Programme Ensemble workspace sites.
.*Provide cover for the team eg holidays, training, sickness; and ensure cover
