PS Core Engineer

Our client, a global leading Telecommunications company are recruiting for PS Core Engineer to join their business in Spain.

Position Title: PS Core Engineer
Position Type: Contract/ Employment
Start Date: March 2018
Duration: 6 month with possible extension

Responsibilities:
- Engineering, certification and integration of PS Core Network Product for new or expansion projects
- Troubleshooting, new feature implementation with guidance to client
- Bridge with HQ for customer
- Work together with Project Management Team and technical management team to ensure project success
- Interfacing with customer technical management team
- Perform certification in Customer´s lab for product/features
- PS 2G/3G/4G knowledge
- Service testing experience.

Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification is Bachelor/HBO or comparable degree in Telecoms or ICT and more than 3 years of professional experience within ICT operators or vendors.
- Technical Skills
- Excellent understanding of Mobile Core (EPC, Signaling, CS/IMS core)
- NFV platform (VMware/Openstack) knowledge
- Very good understanding of IP (protocols, RFCs, networking, interoperation EPC/IP), recognized IP industry certification (valid CCIE or JNCIE)
- Very good, recently proven experience with Mobile Packet Core (mandatory), Huawei/Ericsson is preferred
- Strong end-to-end thinking (services, network, TI/IT)
- English Mandatory (Speak and written)
