Role description

You will be providing 24/7 desk side support to large 3rd party organisations on laptops, desktops and Microsoft Applications

You will also provide deskside support including PC set up,deployment and break fixes.

Requirements

  • 5 years + commercial experience in user support
  • Desktop and deskside support
  • Support of MS Operating systems and applications
  • In depth technical knowledge and commercial support experience or Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • PC deployment
  • Rollouts
  • Migrations
  • Excellent communication and client service experience
