Description
My client within the financial services sector is seeking a strong in-house Recruiter for a 6 month contract to join their organisation to support on direct sourcing for hires across all functions. They need a credible and experienced recruiter to support their business in the attraction and sourcing of top talent. This role will report to the Head of Resourcing and will be responsible for driving direct talent acquisition strategies for all lateral hiring requirements. This is a fast-pace and exciting environment and is a great opportunity to a self starter with high level credibility who can engage with senior stakeholders and external candidates.
The responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with key business stakeholders to establish hiring requirements and build appropriate talent pools to support business needs
- Define appropriate campaigns to build acquisition strategy to pipeline top talent
- Work with senior business stakeholders to define and embed best practice policies and processes around talent acquisition
- Continue to source and develop innovative and creative sourcing channels
- Advise and implement appropriate assessment and selection tools for roles at all levels
- Working with the use of a recruitment Applicant Tracking System and optimising output
This role will suit a highly credible recruitment or talent acquisition partner with proven in-house experience of resourcing preferably within financial services. This will include experience of hiring roles across a range of disciplines. Experience of embedding and running the full 360 recruitment process will be key, and you will preferably qualified in the use of psychometrics, BPS level A&B.
