? To promptly work and resolve the issues related to frozen jobs in Job Queue Config tool.
? To perform root cause analysis on existing issues and provide the permanent solution to fix the issue.
? To support the user issues related to IT shop
? Resolving all low, medium and high priority incidents which are raised in ticketing tool.
? Monitoring all Identity and Access Management services.
? To manage all the issues in provisioning tasks from Dell one identity Manager
