We are looking for a Solution Architect for on-site role in Prague.The project begins asap
Duration is 9+ months with option to be prolonged

Required Experience and Skills:
Education: MS/BS in Engineering or related discipline with 3-5 years’ experience in a Master Data Management or BI or ETL or Integrations Area
Proven track record on a position of a Solution Architect/Technical Lead with a strong delivery focus
Demonstrated experience in Master Data Management, ETL processes, and Data Warehousing tools and technologies
Experience in a Solution Architecture role for BI, DWH and/or MDM implementations
Experience with data analysis and solution design
Ability to grasp high-level technical concepts and work closely with engineers
Experience with cloud-based / SaaS solutions and their architecture
Strong analytical thinker and problem solving skills
Preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a geographically dispersed environment
Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment is a plus
Experience working in virtual teams comprising of internal employees and geographically separated vendors/partners
Experience in coaching team members in technical areas
Ability to use collaboration tools such as JIRA, Git, and Confluence
Deep technical knowledge of enterprise master data management tools such as Siperian, cloud based MDM, or open source MDM is a plus
Primary job responsibilities include:
Responsibility for architectural design of our MDM solutions that support various projects and company divisions
Provide strategic guidance with respect to MDM best practices and architectural experience throughout the course of our projects
Align the design and architecture of our MDM solutions to the MDM Platform architectural strategy
Responsible for ensuring high-quality design of dimensional models and data mappings
Support the MDM technical implementation team with important architectural decisions
Work closely with project Delivery Lead and other platforms, business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery
Participate in problem management by bringing technical expertise and troubleshooting to chronic problem areas of the technical landscape and develop solutions to eradicate them
Architecturally lead the project implementation teams comprising of internal employees and external vendors
