Description
We are looking for an English speaking Storage Specialist for Lausanne region in Switzerland.Must skills:
• Monitor and assist resolution of problems (Analyze newly created High Severity PMR on daily basis)
• Actively participate to the resolution on High Priority Issues (like Sev1/CritSit...)
• Provide recommendations from clients knowledge based information, tailorized for client, mainly from an availability perspective
• Interlock with the other assigned resources (Lab advocate, Cita, SAL...).
• Participation to BTC strategy and design (act as product/technology specialists) to improve solutions availability
• Review and assist to deliver changes/modifications in the current GLOBE technology Solutions to ensure improved availability and enhanced manageability
• Participate to the modelization of solutions (high level design)
• Participate to the development, testing, standardization, documentation and support of new technology solutions
* Assist in the packaging
* Provide implementation where required
* Support the standardization effort (audit, automation...) to increase solutions manageability
Must: Fluent English

• Previous experience with customer GLOBE factory
