Insurance Domain Consultant
One of my insurance clients is urgently looking for a Insurance Domain Consultant for 12 month contract in Helsinki, Finland. The Domain Consultant will have an outstanding track record of success in consulting and project delivery in the Insurance industry. A long-standing experience in Business- and/or IT consulting and/or a comparable background in the insurance industry as underwriter, claims manager, actuary or a comparable business function, with proven experience in leading and delivering complex (in-house) projects and transformational initiatives is expected for this role.
The Insurance Domain Consultant will:
- The ideal candidate is in the position to recognize and anticipate strategic trends in the Insurance industry. He/She is an undisputed expert and opinion leader with an independent view on questions relevant to the Insurance industry.
- The candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language of his/her employment country, plus English (additional language skills a plus). He/She will be experienced in both formal and informal settings with senior executives, peers, customers and business partners and must understand how to develop and maintain strong and communicative relationships.
- The ideal candidate is innovative. He/She is creative in finding solutions to operational and strategic problems, identifies opportunities for my client services and uses his/her market experience to the benefit of our clients and our company.
- My client is a global and diverse organization - as such it is indispensable that the candidate is comfortable and willing to work in large multi-national teams from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. He/She must be open-minded, flexible and willing to listen to the ideas of others.
