On behalf of our client an international finance institute, we are looking for a KYC Upgrade Front Office Supporter (f/m) Compliance Risk in Luxembourg with the following skills:
Description of operation/project:
The KYC Upgrade Front Supporter will be working as part of the First Line of Defense (1LOD). The main responsibility is to help the Relationship Managers (RMs) to perform client file updates in order to ensure appropriate KYC documentation of client relationships as well as to provide front office guidance on quality standards required. The role's focus is to ensure KYC quality documentation of clients while adhering to internal guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements.
Embedded within the Front Office units to provide support to Relationship Managers to perform KYC upgrades, as part of a KYC upgrade programme to improve KYC documentation standards
Perform Adverse media screening
Respond to ad-hoc requests and client issues raised by the Relationship Managers
Attend periodic and ad-hoc meetings with Team Heads, RMs and assistants
Coordinate with KYC Upgrade Specialists from the Compliance Department
Required experience and skills:
Preferably experience in private wealth management, in a Client Facing/Risk/Compliance function
Experience in a KYC File Remediation/Upgrade project is a strong asset
Sound knowledge of the regulatory environment and client documentation standards
Detailed knowledge of Customer Due Diligence requirements
Sound organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to complete high volumes of client files to a good standard
Required trainings completed and certificates/exams:
Relevant education (completed bank apprenticeship)

Open and approachable Self-motivation
Possesses good judgment
Able to communicate professionally and build and maintain sound relationship with stakeholders
Language skills:
Fluent in English, written and spoken (absolutely necessary)
German, French, Spanish, Danish, Finnish or Swedish a plus (preferable)
