Role and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be supporting the business process including billing, payments, vouchers, rate changes etc.
What's involved:
- Provide second and third level support of the BSCS application
- Implement rate changes
- Troubleshoot high priority issues
- Execute and provide support
- Resolve incidents in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
What you need:
- 5 years working experience in Business Support Control System (BSCS)
- Good understanding of the BSCS database
- Strong knowledge of Unix and SQL.
- Experience of mobile communications industry
- Strong understanding of BSCS rating and billing functions.
