A Leading Name in System Integration require an Avaya Remote Technical Support Engineer, this would be working remotely 9am-6pm Eastern Standard time.
The Engineer would be responsible for managing day to day operations of Tier 3 engineer for Avaya UC & CC products, troubleshooting and providing solutions in a timely manner, work on issues escalated by Tier 2 Engineer, incident, problem and change management. Candidate must have experience with Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager.
