We are currently looking for a Technical Integration Manager for the Video Back Office & Service Platforms team within T&I.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter and self-motivated Technical Project/Integration Manager. Who is responsible for coordinating the design, development and test of several Back Office components for high traffic VoD and OTT applications.
Software development background required, with extended skills to assess and control project scope, risks, costs, timelines and resources. While liaising with engineers to coordinate daily activities, going through new requests, troubleshooting exercises, prioritising projects and guiding colleague.
Ticketing admin support and ensuring tickets get signed, also responsible for making sure everything gets delivered on time and has good quality levels review test results by analysing deliverables, Low test cells checking, planning and leading workshops (leadership skills)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage priorities and task for internal and external resources, according to the projects/programs roadmap
2. Enable the coordinated resources to proceed with their daily work, by timely eliminating obstacles and blockers
3. Manage several vendors or internal development teams through the solution design, development, test and delivery phases
4. Creation of project plans jointly with vendors/internal teams, from design to delivery, incorporating time and resources
5. Supervise vendor QA and component level load test
6. Supervise and control component releases to E2E integration, in time and quality
7. Ensure vendor deliverables like release notes, test reports, API documentation, architecture design updates, etc.
8. Coordinate the environment preparations (instantiation, configuration, data population, etc.)
9. Track and administrate JIRA tickets and Confluence documentation
10. Collaborate with E2E Architecture, UI development teams and E2E Integration teams toward the definition of project scope and project delivery plans
11. Manage interface to other teams and departments

Required skills and knowledge:
* Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Computer Science or other technical science
* Fluent English
* Analytical capabilities and attention to details
* Extended experience in high traffic Back End solutions, from application development management and project management perspective
* Ability to manage large scale projects including implementation/migration/upgrades;
* Good understanding of software development paradigms and methodologies
* Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
* Ability to coordinate and to work in large project teams, with multi-national and multi-functional characteristics
* Good communication skills and mitigation capacity

* Experience in OTT (mobile apps, Smart TV apps)
* Experience in VoD

* Knowledge of a CMS for media content
* Knowledge of DRM, video encoding and playout
