Actuarial/Pricing Analyst - Insurance/Reserving/Pricing
Insurance Experience required
Responsibilities
- Rating Models - working with the underwriting teams to review, recalibrate and update the models
- Case Pricing - individual risk pricing across all lines of business, applying both deterministic and stochastic techniques
- Assisting with strategic portfolio level profitability analysis and thematic reviews
- Collation of monthly benchmarking and rate monitoring metrics across EO Insurance
- Assisting with DUA and broker profitability reviews
Requirements
- Highly numerate and analytical individual, with a proven track record of success.
- Actuarial experience essential, with a minimum of two years in pricing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take the initiative, manage own workload and multitask, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Logical mind set with the ability to analyse trends and make decisions as a result.
- Strong excel skills.
