My client is in need of a Senior Finance Manager on a 3 month contract basis. The role will be is part of the Senior Management team in the Resources service and will work with colleagues to shape and deliver service plans that support delivery of the corporate strategy.
The ideal candidate will have an accountacy background, as well as being capable of demonstrating a sound understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework surrounding local government finance. above all the candidate will have an in depth knowledge of financial management.
