Payments Administrator wanted for our Luxembourg based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Profound understanding of T24 and excellent problem- solving skills
  • Good time management skills as well as solid financial understanding
  • Self- motivated and disciplined working manner and the ability to work in a team
  • Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, French and Spanish skills desirable

Your tasks:

  • Coordinating daily business in payments including internal and external payments
  • Handling cheques and executing reconciliation processes of accounts
  • Being responsible for formatting of SWIFTS and dealing with payment requests
  • Initiating and reviewing payment processes in line with issued timetable
