Hardware Engineer
Advantage Resourcing are recruiting for our longstanding Electronic Systems client in Rochester for a Hardware Engineer to develop Test solutions that support the complex and demanding requirements of the diverse Products developed at the site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world leading electronic systems business. They are leaders in the design, development and manufacturing of mission-critical products including flight and engine controls, electronic warfare and night visions systems, surveillance and reconnaissance sensors.
Responsibilities
- Generation and documenting of Hardware requirements and Hardware design
- PCB design
- Hardware acceptance testing
- Generation and documenting of Hardware and Systems Validation evidence
- Estimation and tracking of work packages
Knowledge and Experience:
- Understanding of Engineering development life cycle
- Evidence of Hardware design experience
- Problem Solving Skills
- Team Player
- Fast learner
- Able to prioritise and manage your own work with the minimal guidance
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
