The role is within the HR Plan Delivery team, who administer the bank's Deferred Compensation Plans. The primary focus of the team is the timely and accurate delivery of deferred compensation awards to senior members of the bank, globally, in line with the defined plan rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculating awards in line with the internal Policies, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Supporting relationships with relevant stakeholders, participants and colleagues across the Bank Globally
  • Supporting the delivery of processes in line with regulatory requirements
  • Reporting and analysing Deferred Compensation data using Microsoft (MS) Excel as needed
  • Working individually or in wider teams to improve process performance by solving problems and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience of working within a large organisation (Financial Services advantageous)
  • Some knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Compensation/Reward/Share Plans preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work as part of a team
  • Analytical/reporting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to self-develop and improve existing processes
  • Attention to detail with integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
  • Proactive and driven
  • Organised and logical in your approach
  • Able to use MS Office products, in particular Excel
  • A strong team player
  • Able to coordinate, prioritise and deliver multiple tasks and projects to strict deadlines
  • Innovative with a commitment to change and process improvement
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, complexity and a fast paced environment
