My client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to take a lead role in moving to a new CRM system. The role will be 3 stages and will consist of:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from the current CRM system.
- Work with the Stakeholders and Senior Management to produce a RFP and be part of the process to chose the right 3rd party vendor or CRM system.
- Project manage the implementation of the new CRM system.
