Description
The key responsibilities of the role include: Sales order processing from receipt of order to dispatch of goods, management of Customer returns and handling of general customer enquires (stock, pricing, quotations).
The ideal candidate would have:
* Previous experience in a Customer Service environment, with experience of service and support for technology based products desired but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic numeracy.
* Experience of using SAP for Sales Order Processing or other processes.
* Good computer literacy with practical experience of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Experience of Export compliance procedures would be an advantage.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail required
